Start with the mobile or desktop login

Open the official login experience on the device you are using. The browser-based mobile experience uses the same account credentials as the desktop form.
Enter your account username first and the password second. Before submitting, look for a typing error, an unexpected space or an outdated value supplied by autofill. A working internet connection is also necessary for the request to complete.
If the password changed on another device, autofill may hold an old value. Type both fields manually once before treating the problem as an account-status issue.
If you have not registered, leave the login flow and create an Interbet account. Registration and login are separate processes.
Decide whether password recovery is needed

Use Forgot Password only when the password has been forgotten. It accepts either the registered email address or the username, so the decision is simple:
- Choose the registered email address if you know it accurately.
- Otherwise, use the correct account username.
- Submit the recovery request once.
- Follow the instructions supplied through the official recovery process.
- Return to login with the username and updated password.
If the request cannot identify the account, check the spelling of the email address or username. If recovery succeeds but login remains unavailable, changing the password again may not help; the account status or connection could be the cause.
Submit one accurate recovery request and follow the latest supplied instructions. Keep recovery messages and one-time codes private.
Password recovery changes an access credential; it does not complete activation, identity verification or remove a restriction. Those account states require their own response even when the new password is valid.
Separate a connection fault from an account issue
Use the visible response to distinguish the likely cause:
- If the login screen does not load or submission never finishes, confirm that the connection is stable, open the official login service again and try one clean submission.
- If the form rejects the entered details, type the username and password manually, especially when the device stores an older password.
- If the credentials appear correct but the account will not open, check whether activation or verification is still required, particularly after registration.
- If access remains unavailable after those checks, a suspended or deactivated account may require the official account or support process.
Do not create duplicate details, use another person's account or try to work around verification or restrictions. This informational website cannot create, verify, recover or manage an Interbet account.
If the browser repeatedly reloads the form, close duplicate tabs and begin one clean attempt from the official service. Avoid switching rapidly between Wi-Fi and mobile data while a submission is in progress, because an interrupted request can look like a credential failure.
Follow up on activation and restrictions
Activation, verification, suspension and deactivation are handled as account-status matters. The appropriate action is to use the official account guidance or support process and provide the details connected to the account.
Give support a concise description of what happened: whether the login screen loaded, whether the credentials were rejected, whether recovery was completed and whether the account is newly registered. Those details distinguish an entry problem from an account-control issue without repeating the same checks.
Never send a password or one-time code in an ordinary support message. Interbet may need the username, registered contact detail and a description of the status shown, but secret credentials should remain private. This independent website has no access to the account and cannot inspect the reason for a restriction.
On a shared or public device, do not allow the browser to save the password. Sign out when finished and close the tab. The same caution applies to the home-screen version because it reaches the same account service as the browser.
